I can offer you an unforgettable morning on the water complete with the best equipment available and top notch fishing expertise. This guided experience is a very personalized event that is tailored to education and on-the-water, hard-core fishing that will teach you the basics and beyond.

This will be an intense day on the water and you will end the trip with a vast sense of accomplishment and new tips and tactics you never knew existed!

Because fishing is a daily event for me, I am working my lakes all over the state and following the best action as they peak on the various bodies of water. 40 years of guiding has taught me to be on certain bodies of water on specific times of the year. This means I have hot bites going almost all year by leapfrogging lakes and following the trends.

DESTINATIONS

I have recently moved to Ottertail County. The fishing is outstanding and the crowds are less. My field of expertise takes me to Lake Osakis, Ottertail Lake, Rush Lake, Big Pine Lake, the Alexandria Area Lakes as well as far western metro lakes in the Wright County area. Have trailer will travel!

I am only an hour or so from the Brainerd Lakes area and one hour from the famed border waters of South Dakota/Minnesota. If you are tired of overcrowded lakes and boat ramps, you need the peace and quiet and outstanding fishing of northwestern Minnesota.

I moved because the central, western and metro areas have slowly degraded in water quality and fishing opportunities and it’s time to change directions. My guiding in the northwest part of Minnesota now features excellent crappie opportunities which have been unavailable in the metro. Quality largemouth bass fishing as well as world-class walleye action on some of the best walleye water in the state.

If you need expert coaching on the water or want to explore a cabin/lake opportunity, I’m all in. On the water instruction for all fresh water species is my forte.

Rate

$460.00 for 5 hours; mornings or afternoons

Longer sessions can be negotiated, plus more boats and guides are available as needed.
